From Hive to Home, With Care

Peter Hadeka tends over 200 hives across the rolling hills of the Champlain Valley in Castleton, Vermont. As a VBA (Vermont Beekeepers Association) Certified Beekeeper, he follows sustainable practices that prioritize bee health and honey purity above all else.

Every jar of Peter's Wildflower Honey is raw — never heated past hive temperature, never ultra-filtered. This preserves the natural enzymes, pollen, and subtle floral notes that make each harvest unique to the season and the valley's diverse wildflower meadows.

The result? Honey that tastes like Vermont sunshine — complex, aromatic, and utterly pure.
